Service Agreement

This Service Agreement governs your use of services provided by Hisan Technologies for Administrative Services, including accounting consulting, government platform consulting, and ERP solutions. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

We provide the following services:

Accounting Consulting:

• Bank and financial account consulting
• Accounting and auditing guidance
• Financial reporting

Government Platform Consulting:

• Absher platform transaction consulting
• Mudad platform transaction consulting
• Qiwa platform transaction consulting
• Monsha'at platform transaction consulting
• Government transaction follow-up

ERP Solutions:

• ERP consulting and implementation
• System integration and reporting
• Technical support and training

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations
• Not use the services for unlawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Grant us access to your accounts only for the agreed purposes

We commit to:

• Providing services efficiently and professionally
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notifying you of any material changes to the services
• Providing technical support when needed

When using our government platform consulting services:

• You grant us limited authorization to access your government accounts
• We use your information only for the agreed purposes
• We maintain the highest security standards
• We comply with all government authority requirements
• You may revoke authorization at any time

Warning: You are responsible for all actions taken on your government accounts, even when performed by us on your behalf.

We use advanced security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption for all transmitted data
• Restricted access to authorized personnel only

All services are subject to payment according to the selected subscription plan.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Prices are in Saudi Riyals and may change
• All payments are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy
• You are responsible for paying all applicable fees

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services in the following cases:

• Failure to pay on time
• Violation of the terms of service
• Use of the service for unlawful purposes
• Request from government authorities

We will notify you before suspending the service (except in emergency situations).

We provide services on an "as is" basis without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the services
• Any errors or service interruptions
• Any decisions made by government authorities
• Any delays in processing government transactions

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from:

• Your violation of the terms of service
• Your unlawful use of the services
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription through your account
• We may terminate the service in the event of a terms violation
• Access will continue until the end of the billing period

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
