Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by Hisan Technologies for Administrative Services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

You have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription date, provided that:

• The service has not been substantially used
• All outstanding payments have not yet been processed
• The request is submitted within the 14-day period

Full refund: Available within 14 days of subscription if the service has not been used.

Partial refund: If the service has been partially used, the refund will be calculated based on the remaining subscription period.

No refund: Payments cannot be refunded in the following cases:

• After 14 days from the subscription date
• If the service has been fully used
• If the terms of service have been violated
• For custom services or completed projects

To request a refund, you must:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the Subscriptions section
3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
4. Click "Request Refund"
5. Complete the refund request form and state the reason

Your request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days, and we will notify you of the outcome via email.

After your refund request is approved:

• The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase
• The refund process may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment method
• Credit card payments: 7–10 business days
• Bank transfer payments: 10–14 business days
• Cash on delivery: we will contact you to arrange the refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Your account dashboard
• Contacting us directly at Sales@trojansaudi.com

Important note: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. A separate refund request must be submitted within the 14-day period.

For custom services (such as advanced accounting consulting or bespoke projects):

• Projects may be cancelled before work begins with a full refund
• After work has commenced, a partial refund will be issued based on completed work
• After project completion, no refund is available

For government platform consulting services:

• Services may be cancelled at any time
• Refunds apply only to the remaining subscription period
• Amounts paid for services already rendered are non-refundable

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund:

• We will work with you to resolve the dispute amicably
• You may submit a complaint via email
• We will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or a notice on the website.
